Since my parental leave ended, I started going back to the office from yesterday. I got off work a bit early today and I'm posting after alternating childcare tasks! Posting daily isn't easy, but I think I've been consistent so far. The reason I can find time to write posts while taking care of Nayul is thanks to this item, even though feeding her, burping, and bathing routines remain unchanged. It's the Pognae Baby Carrier! There are many items that the twins, who are about a year younger than Nayul, from my sibling's family have been using and passed on to us. Personally, among those, I think I use this carrier the most (thanks, sibling~ㅎㅎㅎ). Initially, I assumed that a baby carrier was only for outings and didn’t even bother looking at it. When I come home from work, I usually have to help with chores because my wife is tired from childcare all day. Whether it's dishes, laundry, or tidying up the house, holding Nayul made it difficult. And when will I post? That was always on my mind. Then, my wife suggested that I try using the baby carrier to put Nayul to sleep and write. I was skeptical when I first tried it on. I had doubts like, "Will Nayul sleep in this? Won't she feel suffocated?"
However, once I put Nayul to sleep with it... I couldn’t resist its charm! 😅 Once I snug her in and soothe her, she falls asleep within 5-10 minutes.🥰 And then she usually stays asleep until her next feeding! 👏👏👏 It's so convenient..ㅎㅎㅎ This isn't a sponsored or advertised post; I'm writing this because I genuinely find it amazing. Right now, I'm posting while Nayul is sleeping on my chest in the carrier. If things stay this way, daily postings won’t be challenging even after work! (Unless I choose a very difficult topic..😅)
After feeling its advantages, I checked its specifications and related sales pages for the first time! It's available on Coupang and costs 79,000 won. Considering other carriers with multiple features can cost over 100,000 won, maybe this one is reasonably priced? (I can't predict the prices of baby items.😭) Anyway, I checked the specs after experiencing the advantages.
The reason I initially thought it didn’t look durable was because of its mesh material. Due to this material, Nayul doesn't get too hot and sleeps well when snuggled against me. I also read in the product description that this material blocks UV rays. (Oh.. That's nice..?) It seems like you only understand the world of baby products once you use them.😅 The carrier stretches due to its material, making it easy to place Nayul inside.
When Nayul is inside, you can support her head with the carrier, but she seemed a bit uncomfortable before falling asleep. So, I sometimes support her head with my hand until she sleeps, but thankfully, she quickly dozes off.😍 Adjusting its size isn't difficult either, so even my wife can easily fit it.
Yesterday and today, while putting Nayul to sleep in the carrier, I did dishes, prepared milk, and picked up a handkerchief Nayul dropped. It suddenly reminded me of a pregnancy experience suit I wore once. Is it more challenging now since I can't wake Nayul up? 😅
The product description says it can be used up to 20kg. I wonder how long I can continue writing blogs with Nayul in this carrier..! Of course, even with Nayul’s current weight, sitting for about two hours while posting does make my back a bit sore.😅
